The File menu contains options to Open, Close, Save/Delete, and Import/Export workflows.

Launch New Designer Workflow: Creates a new Designer Workflow.

Launch New Script Workflow: Creates a new Script Workflow.

Open: Opens an existing workflow.

Save: Commits changes to the workflow to the database.

Save As: Not currently implemented.  To do a save as, export the workflow as an XML file, change the file name, and then import the renamed file.

Save All: Saves the current state of all open workflows that have previously been saved.

Import: Imports an XML file containing a workflow exported from PARCtask.

Export: Creates an XML file that contains the workflow’s configuration information for import to another computer.

Close: Closes the workflow currently selected.

Delete: Deletes the workflow.

About PARCtask Workflow Designer: Contains information about the version and build of the instance of PARCtask.

Options:

Application Edit Mode: This drop down selects either Simple or Advanced Edit mode. In the Simple Application Edit Mode, only designer-type workflow can be built. Change the edit mode to advanced to build script-type workflows.

Enable Audit Notification: Check Enable Audit Notification to show audit information for triggers in the Designer.

Exit Application: Prompts saving of any unsaved workflows, then closes the application.
