Bugs and Feature Requests
Bugs and Feature Requests can be sent to dataPARC support. From the main PARCview screen, go to the Help Ribbon and click Submit Bug/Feature Request.
This will open the Support Portal. Access must be requested to receive a log in, and an active support contract is required.
Once logged in, click Support.
Click the Support drop-down menu and choose Submit Support Ticket to open the form.
In the Description field provide as much information about the problem as possible. Messages can be copied and pasted from PARCmessage. One of the optional fields that will help Support better investigate the case is the version number, which can be found in the Help ribbon of the PARCview Explorer by clicking About PARCview.
The version number will be displayed. When you are finished, click Create Support Ticket at the bottom of the screen.
