The Scripted box contains information on the name and type of the script the Original tag is used in. Double clicking on a row brings up the full tag name with the script applied, with any arguments.
Original Tag: The name of the original tag.
Script Type: The type of script the tag is used in.
Script Name: The name of the script which contains the tag.
