#### ReadTagRuns

The arguments for the function are:

**startDate** (datetime): Start time of query.

**endDate** (datetime): Start time of query.

**basisUtag** (string): Grade tag to retrieve runs from.

**basisFormatMask** (string): Format mask on grade tag values.

**productUtag** (string): Product tag to retrieve runs from.

**productFormatMask** (string): Format mask on product tag values.

**phaseUtag** (string): Phase tag to retrieve phases from.

**phaseFormatMask** (string): Format mask on phase tag values.
