The arguments for the function are:

startDate (datetime): Start time of query.

endDate (datetime): Start time of query.

basisUtag (string): Grade tag to retrieve runs from.

basisFormatMask (string): Format mask on grade tag values.

productUtag (string): Product tag to retrieve runs from.

productFormatMask (string): Format mask on product tag values.

phaseUtag (string): Phase tag to retrieve phases from.

phaseFormatMask (string): Format mask on phase tag values.
