# PARCtask Server

PARCtask Server executes the workflows created with the [PARCtask Workflow Designer](/v1/docs/parctask-workflow-designer). [PARCtask PARCview Host](/v1/docs/parctask-parcview-host) must be running as well because it renders displays from PARCview.
