Current Status tab

Run Defrag Now: Runs the defragmentation process on the History Folder.

Pending Files: The number of files left to be defragmented.

Next Scan Date: The next time the defragmentation process will run.

Currently Defragmenting File: The name of the currently defragmenting file.

Last Event: The last event of the defragmentation.

Log: A list of event of the current defragmentation cycle.

Status Bar: Progress defragmenting the current file.

Files Defragmented: The number of files that have been defragmented since last program restart.

Points Processed: The number of points process since last program restart.

Truncated-Redundant: The number of redundant points that have been removed since last program restart.

Bad: The number of bad quality points that have been removed since last program restart.

MB in: The amount of incoming data that has been processed since last program restart.

MB out: The amount of defragmented data written since last program restart.

Manual Defrag tab

History Folder: The folder where PARChistory Defrag will look for history files to manually defragment.

Source Filter: Filters which sources files are retrieved when the “Load File List” button is pressed.

Load File List: Loads all history files from the History Folder that conform to the source filter.

Select All: Selects all files from the list.

Clear Selected: Removes the selected files from the list.

Maintain PARChistory Compatibility: Allows defragmented files to remain compatible for writing to by PARChistory and PARChistory Backfill.

Truncate Redundant Points: Removes redundant points from the selected files.

Truncate Consecutive Bad Quality Points: Removes consecutive bad quality points from the selected files.

Force Defrag of Previously Defragmented Files: Will not skip the defragmentation process on files that are detected to have been previously defragmented.

Defragment Selected Files: Runs the defragmentation process on the selected files.
