Exit Application: Closes the application. If it is running in Interactive Services and Fire Daemon is set to restart automatically, the application will be launched again.

Update Selected Sources: Updates the selected sources with the current configuration settings regardless of the time in the update cycle.
Update All Sources: Updates all sources with the current configuration settings regardless of the time in the update cycle.
Configuration: Opens the Configure Sources window where all synchronization options for each source are specified.
