PARCserver is the set of applications that perform the server-side work of dataPARC, such as storing and transferring tag data (PARCIO), performing custom tag value calculations (PARCcalc Server), and evaluating when alarms should be activated (PARCalarm Server). PARCserver applications are typically run as services on a dedicated server using the FireDaemon program.
