There are four steps to setting up PARCdisplay Service:

1. Install PARCdisplay Service in FireDaemon

2. Modify PARCDisplayServiceServer.exe.config File

3. Start the Display Service

4. Change PARCview Select Site to Use URL Instead of Folder Path
