Create a New Trend

Purpose: Learn to create a Trend in a specific folder using PARCview Explorer.

Task: Create a Trend display in your user folder and name it. (If you don’t have a user folder, pick a folder to which you know you have write permissions. If in doubt, contact your site administrator.)

Steps:

1. Click on your user folder in the folder tree.

2. In file pane on the right, right-click and choose Add Display –> Trend.

   

3. Notice that the resultant file is ready to be renamed. Type the new filename and press Enter or click away.
