The Calc Tags ribbon has a Home tab and an application button.
Home Tab
Save Tags: Saves changes made to calc tags in the Calc Tag Grid to the database.
Edit Tag: Opens the selected tag in the Script Edit tab, where the formula call can be modified.
Reload Tag Grid: Reloads the Tag Grid from the selected source.
Tag Browser: Opens the Tag Browser.
