Property-to-source binding provides the input for an element’s dynamic animation. In other words, a specific input source supplies a value to a property of an element on the display. In most cases, the input source will be a UTag. Additional sources could be other WPF elements or tags from a third-party OPC Server. Configuration of this binding occurs on the Animation panel.
The Animation panel has four sections:
Default Source: Specify a primary input for binding.
Property Binding: Configure property-to-source binding and alarm behavior.
Alarms: Create alarm definitions.
Event Actions: Configure links to displays.
